Two adjoining and geographically different National Parks will serve as our inspiring palette. Rob has been working for three years on a Thomas Moran watercolor project through two grants and the group will retrace some of Morans important watercolor painting sites, which were instrumental in naming Yellowstone our first national park. There will be at least three painting sessions a day as the group starts in Jackson viewing some of the contemporary galleries and interpretations at the base of the Grand Tetons. The beautiful lakes and snow-capped mountains and meadows with grand vistas will open up to worlds largest thermal area Yellowstones steamy hot springs, fumaroles, mud pots, stunning canyons as well as the roaming Elk and bisons. Join this unique tour of painters as Rob is the guide, driver of the group van, teacher and watercolorist.
