At the end of each afternoon painting session, there will be a discussion and display of the works, completed or in progress back at the Manor. WORKSHOP DEMANDS
|
This workshop is flat and designed to work outside, weather permitting. This workshop will take advantage of the wonderful fall temperatures, weather, landscape, urban and rural imagery as well as the change of seasons a little to the north of the DFW area. Please bring sun block, a hat and the appropriate attire for such adventures. The group will travel to the various _ day sessions by car. If the weather is not ideal, the base at the Sulphur Manor will function as a place for our discussions, etc.

SUPPLIES
|
Upon receipt of a deposit, a copy of a recommended general watercolor supply list will be sent to each participant. Each participant should also feel free to bring along some recent work for feedback, framed or unframed, along with questions and any general discussion points for the informal sessions.
Participants may work on any size of paper, but Rob will be doing a few small as well as large demonstrations using the Sulfur area images and inspirations.
There are no expectations on the number of works to be completed, but the goal is to experiment with the various directions and group problems and complete some pieces representing the fall color environment of southern Oklahoma.
