The White Sulphur Inn & Spa is situated at the end of the road in a canyon 5 minutes outside of St. Helena, northern end of Napa Valley. The secluded retreat and spa has an indoor workshop space for each participant having their own table, accessible 24 hrs. a day. The grounds are over 100 years old with three pools, a grove of redwoods and stream, all under an umbrella of trees and filtered sun. The accommodations are delightful and next to the indoor workshop space. Participants may make prior arrangements by telephone or online for massages and special treatments in the sulphur waters of the unique watercolor workshop site.
All painting sites are close to the van and with only minimal inclines along the foothill paths. Most of the workshop sites are relatively flat and in the shade or partial sun can be found. Painting sites are in the mornings, lunch break and then finish up for an arrival back at the studios by 3:00 PM daily at White Sulphur Springs. Daily discussions @ 5:30 PM, evening studio time; dinner break in St. Helena, 5 minutes away with free-time for shopping.

NOT COVERED: Transportation to San Francisco, personal purchases, laundry, phone calls, etc., 4 dinners, all lunch snacks. Watercolor Worldwide will assist and coordinate arrivals in San Francisco. Participants may use the workshop van for the additional fee or use own transportation and coordinate meeting point for Friday, June 6th.

St. Helena area of the valley, including the grounds of the Culinary Institute and Beringeršs Winery. Every afternoon will provide time to paint around the beautiful grounds of the Inn as well as morning light for those early painters.

Pope Valley Winery, old and interesting trip over into the next valley, sack lunch from Dean & Delucašs in St. Helena with a winery stop.

Sterling Vineyards, Clos Pegase, Chateau Montelena Winery with some free-time in Calistoga

Thursday, June 12 |
9:00 AM Views along the Silverado Trail road on the eastside of Napa Valley, sack lunch @ Oakville Grocery Store, of course a winery stop.
5:30 PM Open house display in the studio of the groupšs work during the week.
