Dynamic Western Vistas & National Park Landscape Sites
await your watercolor palette with personally selected daily demonstration painting locations in the footsteps of Thomas Moran. Rob has traveled three times to this region in the past two years working on a series of small watercolor on-site paintings as well as large-scale studio pieces. The grand circle route includes wonderful light, saturating colors, stunning shapes, rich textures, summer clouds and sunset skies. This special workshop tour will be limited to one van for all painting sites in the shady summer canyons, up to 8,300 ft at the rim and cooler evening weather. The total package includes ideal National Park lodging locations and fine atmospheric dining views and the end of each day..

- All land costs; workshop fee, daily teaching demonstrations & , critiques; double occupancy 3* lodging; 3 full meals a day; specific sites for painting accessible by flat walking or van; convenient schedule for daily painting & touring; all taxes, tips, transfers, park entrance fees; and more.
- Not covered: air fare connections for Las Vegas, personal art supplies and personal items.

Gateway DEPARTURES - Las Vegas ARRIVALS, meet at the center meeting point sign in the luggage area, Rob will greet participants for the 11:30 AM departure, or sooner based on arrival times. If participants arrive the day before, Rob will make pick up arrangements for participants at hotels. WW can also arrange for your hotel at the July 26th group hotel, Hotel San Remo.
Lunch stop; van will stop to photograph en route @ Virgin River Canyon with landscape information; Nevada, Arizona into Utah-Zion National Park Lodge arrival, check-in. Zion lodge exists in a land where hanging gardens, waterfalls and swirling streams serve as striking contradictions to the surrounding desert; late afternoon demonstration & painting session along the river canyon, sunset.
