National Workshops: $250.00
International Workshops: $500.00
CANCELLATION AND REFUND: Because the operation of international workshops requires long-term planning, costs are incurred long before the actual departure. Keeping this in mind and in the interest of our participants the following Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply:
21-45 days prior to departure
all efforts will be made to refund all monies less the $50 administrative deposit fee.
20 days or less prior to departure and after departure date
No refunds will be made of any monies received, unless funds have not been paid to the vendors. Airlines, hotels and coach companies have calendar contracts also with strict refund policies. Travel insurance will be strongly recommended upon receipt of your second payment. Within 21 days, it is very difficult to make arrangements for a participant on a waiting list, thus, the participant opening is lost.
Upon receipt of written notification, cancellations/refunds will be processed according to the above Cancellation and Refund Policy. The refund, if applicable, will be paid within 60 days of the cancellation being received
